    "Delivery Time"

    This is the time you are requesting to have your event rentals delivered on the day of your event. We will confirm delivery time if we can meet your request. If not, we will confirm an alternate time to have your order delivered based on Driver's availability. Our delivery window is between 8:00 am -12:00 pm.

    Same Day Pick-Up Option

    Request to have your rentals picked up the same day of your event if you are not available the following morning.

    Pick-up time?

    Select the desired pick-up time on the day after your event. If you would like for us to pick up on the same day of your event (at the end of event) please select the "Same Day Pick-up" option above.

    This is the time you are requesting to have your event rentals picked up. We will confirm delivery time if we can meet your request. If not, we will confirm an alternate time to have your rentals picked up based on Driver's availability.

    Canopy Power Source Add-Ons

    A dedicated power AC outlet is required for this item if you are choosing to have lighting and/or other electrical attachments. If your power outlet is more than 6 ft away from the canopy setup location, please have a 3-prong outdoor extension cord that is long enough to reach your power source ready on delivery. If you do not have one available to use, we can provide a solution for you.

    Choose any of these options if you don't have access to an AC outlet within 6 feet and need a generator and/or extention cord to power the Canopy's lighting decor.

    Customer Responsibitlity

    Canopy Clearance and Power Requirements

    You must have enough space to allow a minimum 3 ft clearance on all sides of this canopy once it is set up. This canopy unit requires a 23 ft x 33 ft minimum ground space of flat, level, unobstructed land free from debris, rocks, sticks, branches and animal feces. This unit also requires a 16 ft minimum vertical clearance free from branches, wires, cables, eaves, ceilings or other obstacles.

    This Canopy unit may require an accessible dedicated 120v receptical outlet within 12 feet from the rear of the unit. If a dedicated power source is not available, we can provide a solution for you. See options below.

    It is the Renters responsibility to measure the intended setup location and make sure the canopy unit will fit in the space and there is an accessible dedicated 15amp, 120v outlet. There will be no refunds if we arrive to set up but the delivery property does not have a clean, flat and unobstructed set up location and/or a dedicated outlet available for the chosen canopy unit.

    Damage Waiver

    A Damage Waiver can cover Party Rentals from accidental damage. The Damage Waiver Fee is 15% of the rental's base price.

Event Rentals and Party Supplies for all occasions. Shade your guests with our 20 foot by 30 foot Canopy. Need some privacy? Add walls for additional cover. In need of a more elegant look? Canopy Décor options. No matter what the occasion is, we got you covered!

 

Price for Canopy is for a daily rental period. Therefore, please select delivery and pickup times accordingly. Select a delivery time at least 2 hours before your event start time to allow for setup. Otherwise, have Canopy delivered a day prior. Rentals will be picked up the morning after the event. Next morning pickups are done between 8am and 12pm. Pick ups requested after 12:00 pm on the following day, incur an additional daily rental charge. Same day pickup (Same Day Option) is available on events where the customer or location access is not available the day after the event. This adds an additional fee. It is the customers responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure rented products will fit in the desired set up location.

 

Cancellations must be done within 72 hours before the rental date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount applies. Exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days. Therefore, please check Weather Policy for more information. Maximum 20 Stairs allowed to the setup location. A setup fee applies. **There is a cleaning and handling fee for setup on sand.
