If not, we will confirm an alternate time to have your order delivered based on Driver's availability. Our delivery window is between 8:00 am -12:00 pm.

Price shown is for the EPSON PROJECTOR on a daily rental period. Please select delivery and pickup times accordingly. Select a delivery time at least 1 hour before your event start time or have it delivered a day prior. Same day pickup (the Same Day Option) is for events where the customer cannot be available the day after the event. Additional fee required. Next morning pickups are done between 8am and 12pm. The customer is responsible for measuring the setup location to make sure all rented products will fit.

Cancellations must be done within 72 hours before the rental date and time. Else, a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply. But, some exceptions are made for cancellations on Rainy or Inclement weather days. So please check Weather Policy for more information. A maximum 20 Stairs allowed to the setup location. A setup fee will apply. **A cleaning and handling fee for setup on sand will apply.
