    This is the time you are requesting to have your event rentals delivered on the day of your event. We will confirm delivery time if we can meet your request. If not, we will confirm an alternate time to have your order delivered based on Driver's availability. Our delivery window is between 8:00 am -12:00 pm.

    Same Day Pick-Up Option

    Click the check box to Request to have your rentals picked up the same day of your event if you are not available the following morning. Then, select a pick up time below.

    Pick-up time?

    Customer Responsibitlity

    It is the customer's (your) responsibility to secure all event rentals from potential damage while in your possession. Some preventive measures to avoid damage to IGLOO Coolers:

    1. Do not allow anybody to sit or stand on cooler
    2. Do not place heavy objects on coolers, even if it is just for a minute!
    3. Do not place cooler near any heat related objects such as Bar-b-Ques, firepits, etc. They are plastic and will melt like that witch in the Wizard of Oz.
    4. Ensure that all containers within are sealed or closed tight to avoid leakage of colored drinks (helps to prevent staining on inside lining)

  • Damage Waiver

    A Damage Waiver can cover Party Rentals from accidental damage. The Damage Waiver Fee is 15% of the rental's base price.
